well, here is an unfortunate thought...regardless of whether the Indian generics will still be available, you still need a prescription for the stuff. Doctors in the US quit writing prescriptions when the FDA said no to Acomplia last year. Now doctors in England (and I assume the rest of Europe) also won't write prescriptions. No prescription, no drug. So regardless of whether it's for sale, how do you get it if you don't have the Rx. |

Oh yes, one more thing. At least one Canadian site no longer even offers the 'real' Acomplia, only the Indian generic. |

Reply with quote | #18 | There are lots of sites on line where you can buy the generics without a prescription. Don't know if I can list them here or not.... Try a computer search you'll find them.

But how do you know they are selling a 'real' generic. Mountaingal, If I send my email address to the moderator of this forum and he sends it to you, can you answer me directly? |

Reply with quote | #20 | Sure I'll answer you privately if you have the moderator send me your info. Only thing I can say to your question is buy a small sample and see if it works.I've had pills form several different suppliers and they are all packed and looked just the same, only thing that differs is the price. I honestly don't think anything works indefinately though.

Reply with quote | #23 | mountaingal, btw, you mentioned that you didn't think anything worked indefinitely...well, i've been on one form or another of acomplia or the indian drug for 2 1/2 years now and it's still working. i've lost 40 lbs and it's still slowly coming off. 12 more and i'm where i want to be. |
